In order to receive the group rate you must identify
that you are with the Registry for College and University
Presidents.
The last day you are able to make
reservations is October 7th! Please don’t
wait as there were some members who were not able to
reserve a room last year and had to stay at another
hotel.
The Seelbach Hilton, Louisville, Kentucky's
premier, luxury hotel since its grand opening in 1905.
As a landmark to a "golden era," the Seelbach
Hilton Louisville hotel appears on the National Register

COSTS
Members are responsible for all travel expenses including
airfare and hotel.
The Registry will be responsible for all meals.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE: Regularly scheduled shuttle
service is available to and from Louisville International
Airport between the hours of 7:00AM and 11:45PM. While
not essential, reservations for the airport shuttle
are recommended to guarantee a seat. Guests with reservations
will board the shuttle van first, and then remaining
seats will be available for walk-ups. Shuttle service
is based upon availability.
