Developing Expectations

The institutional review is an essential part of a Registry placement. It involves a careful study of key institutional documents and a campus visit for one or two days. During the visit, appropriate administrators, faculty, and staff are interviewed by the Registry principal to identify the challenges that will face the interim and the qualities and attributes that will be required to address those challenges. Based on the visit and document review, the Registry principal will develop an "expectations" document, which, when approved, will become an important part of the interim placement process.
